Petrossian


Whether you're a caviar connoisseur or a caviar newbie, Petrossian is undeniably the best place to experience this revered delicacy. Located in West Hollywood, it's a must-try happy hour spot for elegant decor, friendly service and some of the best caviar in Los Angeles. 

I have two words for you: caviar martini. If you like a good dirty martini like I do, then order this. It's smooth, with a hint of saltiness from the olive juice and its beautifully garnished with a caviar cube, pearl onion and an olive stuffed with, what else, caviar. You will never order another dirty martini again without thinking of this one.

The Caviar Martini
Executive Chef Giselle Wellman has done an excellent job with the Petrossian Happy Hour menu with just enough food options, delicious dishes and drinks.

The Egg Royale is decadence in an egg shell, it's a velvety scrambled egg, topped with vodka whipped cream and caviar. Next the Tsar Cut Salmon Trio is fresh salmon served three ways with melt-in-your mouth salmon. The Caviar Flatbread is a generous serving of caviar laid on a bed of creme fraiche, chives, red onions and capers. There wasn't one dish I didn't like and I can't wait to come back to try the Caviar for Two. 

The team at Petrossian is more than happy to answer all your menu and caviar related questions or you can sit back and enjoy the food. Overall, Petrossian is a beautiful space, adorned with fresh orchids, clean lines and sheer white curtains. It may not be the most wallet friendly happy hour in town but it makes up for the prices with unique dishes, modern elegance and one very memorable dirty martini.
