I have three words for you: Bacon Wrapped Dates. I love bacon wrapped dates. LOVE. And Primitivo has great ones. That's reason enough to go, but I guess I'll fill you in on the rest.

Primitivo has happy hour Monday-Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm in the bar and on Sundays from 4-6:30pm in the bar and the back patio. But ugh... their weekday happy hour is just one hour? Blah. Oh well. Their yummy food makes up for it. Their small plates run $2.50 - $9 with $4 sangria and selected wine & beer. Check out their menu!

Great selection, right!? We were definitely impressed. We ordered three items and loved each of them.

So obviously I am a fan of Primitivo's and can't wait to go back and try more. Okay, MAYBE I want to visit Aaron, the hottie bartender too, but the food was just as memorable.
